History

IRS activities started in 1991, when the founder of the company A.Kaleinikovas opened private consultancy, offering services in personnel training/development and management consulting.

With the new partnerships and growth of the company the business has diversified to the following sectors : employee selection testing and assessment (assessment centers) in 1994; sales/management/service training in 1995; marketing and management consulting in 1997; quality consulting ISO9000/ ISO14000, TQM in 1998, EMAS, GMP, HACCP consulting and auditing in 2000.

In 1997 IRS was the first consulting-training company in Lithuania certified in ISO9002. In 1998 company participated in the National Quality Award competition, where she was second among small - medium size enterprises.

In 2000-2001 IRS started to export their consulting services outsourcing consulting assignments for western consulting firms in Baltics, Eastern European and former SU countries. The export part of the services is growing. We also had started to work in complex consulting assignments for EU (Phare), Government, World Bank.

In 2006 m. our auditor and consultant Vida Kaleinikovienė, - one of the first social accountability (SA 8000) auditor in Lithuania certified according to the requirements of Social Accountability International (SAI).

2007-2008 m. active participation in provision training services according to the SF 2.2 priemonę "Darbo jėgos kompetencijos ir gebėjimų prisitaikyti prie pokyčių ugdymas". funded by EU structural funds.

In 2011 number of successfully certified companies reaches 130.
